In edition number 13 of the Defense newspaper (April 12, 2024) an extensive article about the latest developments in UAP reporting. This article discusses UAP Coalition Netherlands (UAPCNL) again cited as a relevant organisation.

The article highlights a significant step taken by the American Joint Chiefs of Staff (the Joint Chiefs of Staff). This top US military advisory body has an official directive Issued to all branches of the armed forces. This guideline prescribes how military personnel should act and report on UAP observations.

What is unique about this document is the explicit confirmation that UAP incidents are not limited to US territory, but also occur among allies and adversaries worldwide.
