Anomalous Phenomena and National Security: Independent Reporting Point
For defense professionals encountering objects with unconventional kinematics. Your report is important for the sovereignty of Dutch and European airspace.
Incursion & Airspace Sovereignty
In an era of hybrid threats and advanced ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) technologies, a fully domain awareness Essential. Unidentified objects near military training areas, air bases, or naval formations pose a direct risk to operational security.
When observations (both visual and through advanced sensors such as SMART-L or FLIR) point to technology that exceeds the currently known capabilities of adversaries, we speak of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP).
Security Clearances and Confidentiality
The UAP Coalition Netherlands (UAPCNL) understands the protocols within which defense personnel operate. Our focus is on the objective data of the phenomenon, not on the specifications of your own platforms.
Integrity: We never ask for classified (STG) information about our own weapon systems or mission details.
Discretion: Your report will be processed within an independent scientific framework. We guarantee that your identity and military career will not be jeopardized.
Independence: As an NGO, we operate outside the direct chain of command, which provides a safe space for reporting without bureaucratic or disciplinary barriers.
Sensor correlation and data integrity
Military observations are superior for scientific research due to the multi-sensor validation. Correlation between human observations, radar tracks, and electronic signatures (SIGINT) is essential for building a historical record of incidents over Dutch and European territory.
Your reporting contributes to:
Recognizing third-party technological breakthroughs.
Increasing safety for colleagues on active duty.
A factual basis for (inter)national security policy.
The Reporting Process: Military Protocol
We use a structured and compartmentalized approach:
Secure Intake: Focus on time, location and kinematic parameters (speed, height, vectors).
Vetting: Verification of your professional background by the Chairman of UAPCNL.
Anonymous Analysis: Your data will be anonymized and stored separately from public reports for expert analysis.
