On November 27, 2023 has UAP Coalition Netherlands (UAPCNL) official feedback submitted on the new EU Space Act initiative (EU Space Law) of the European Commission.
UAPCNL urges the Commission to explicitly include UAP in this legislation. Because unidentified phenomena are also observed in space, it is important that they are included in the frameworks for space traffic and security. The aim of this advisory report is to increase transparency and improve the safety of all EU citizens in an increasingly crowded spatial domain.
