On February 16, 2024 a historic meeting took place between a delegation from UAP Coalition Netherlands and employees of both the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management (I&W) if it Ministry of Defense.
In a conversation lasting over two hours, several critical themes were discussed, including the historical context of the phenomenon, the current state of science, and the direct implications for the flight safety and airspace security. The persistent stigma surrounding UAP sightings was also discussed in detail.
The meeting took place in a constructive and pleasant atmosphere. It was an important moment of recognition: at no point were UAPCNL's expertise or the witness reports questioned. This marks a significant step forward in the dialogue with the Dutch government.
