In this contribution, the coalition advocates the structural integration of <em>Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena<\/em> (UAP) in the EU policy process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UAP are increasingly recognized internationally as a <strong>strategic uncertainty<\/strong> with implications for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Safety &amp; Aviation:<\/strong> Risks to the airspace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Energy infrastructure:<\/strong> Protection of nuclear and military installations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scientific research:<\/strong> Closing knowledge gaps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While countries like the US, France, and China have already launched specific research initiatives, a coordinated approach is lacking within the European Union.
