Action for UAP in the EU \u2013 Write to your MEP!<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In the fall of 2024,\u00a0UAP Coalition Netherlands<\/strong>\u00a0took the initiative to call for action for UAP in the EU. We have sent an urgent\u00a0letter<\/a>\u00a0to Members of the European Parliament (MEPs), signed by fifteen UAP civil society organisations from ten EU countries, Norway and the United Kingdom.<\/p>

This letter calls upon the\u00a0European Union (EU) and urges action for UAP<\/strong>. Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) are objects or phenomena in the air, space or sea that cannot be identified.<\/p>

Why is action on UAP needed in the EU?<\/h2>

UAP are a growing global concern with implications for aviation safety, national security and scientific research. Credible witnesses, including military personnel, pilots, scientists and civilians, report UAP sightings. Yet the phenomenon remains largely unexplored and unaddressed at the European level.<\/p>

We therefore ask the European Parliament to\u00a0to take serious action regarding UAP<\/strong>, with the following steps:<\/p>

\u2705 One\u00a0EU-wide process<\/strong>\u00a0for UAP data collection and analysis.
\u2705 Integration of\u00a0UAP in EU policy<\/strong>\u00a0about aviation, safety and space travel.
\u2705\u00a0Financing<\/strong>\u00a0for UAP research and technological innovation.
\u2705\u00a0Stimulate International cooperation<\/strong> stimulate, especially with countries such as the US, Japan, Brazil and Canada.<\/p>

What can you do?<\/strong><\/h2>

As concerned citizens, it is time to call on the European Parliament\u00a0to undertake action for UAP in the EU<\/strong>\u00a0. Scientific research, clear legislation and policy frameworks are needed to better understand UAP and protect public safety.<\/p>

Write to your MEP!<\/strong>
<\/i><\/h2>

We have a\u00a0sample letter<\/a>\u00a0drawn up that you can send by email or post.<\/i> The letter is in English, but you can translate it to your own language. Always mention your country and preferably write in your native language. Providing your address or telephone number is optional.<\/p>

Find your MEP via this\u00a0link<\/a>\u00a0and view the contact details.<\/i> Simply search for your country of residence and get an immediate overview of active MEPs. The more representatives you approach, the greater the impact!<\/p>
